Service Fees
Collection Fee: 3%
(Only applies to successfully collected amounts from insurance due to billing efforts or from patients on outstanding balances post insurance payment/denial)

Coding (Optional): $3 per code

Authorization (Optional): $2.50 per authorization

Credentialing & Insurance Network Application: $100 (up to 20 hours)
(Includes Medicare, Medical, and other insurance providers)
